Free Weekly Workout Plan with Lucy

This Monday morning, kick off your week with a fun 15-minute low-impact cardio workout designed for healthy weight loss, followed by a 5-minute arm toning and sculpting routine.

Throughout the week, you have a variety of low-impact workouts that effectively burn calories while being gentle on the knees.

For toning, it will be a  quick 5-minute session that focuses on strengthening and sculpting your entire body through bodyweight exercises. These exercises are joint-friendly while helping you become fit and strong. After just seven days, you’ll surely notice how toned you feel.
