Free Weekly Workout Plan with Lucy
This Monday morning, you have a lovely 20-minute low-impact cardio workout that is designed for healthy weight loss, followed by 5 minutes of standing abs, waist, and core exercises.
Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy a variety of low-impact workouts that are gentle on the knees, including a cosy 20-minute tai chi-inspired walking workout at home.
For toning, you’ll focus on strengthening and sculpting your entire body with bodyweight exercises, which are safe for your joints while helping you become fit and strong. After just seven days, you’ll notice how toned you feel.
