Free Weekly Workout Plan with Lucy
Let’s start Monday morning with a fun 30-minute Tai Chi-inspired weight loss walk, followed by a fun 5-minute cardio abs workout.
Throughout the week, I have picked you a selection of low-impact cardio, including indoor walking workouts, and then finishing off on Sunday with cosy cardio in our PJs. These workouts are designed to enhance your health and leave you feeling fabulous.
For toning, we are doing lots of full body moves and a lot of attention to working your abs, sculpting your waist and conditioning your core.
