Free Weekly Workout Plan with Lucy
We’re starting your Monday morning with a 20-minute Tai Chi Inspired Walking workout designed for weight loss, followed by a 10-minute standing arm, shoulder, chest and back workout.
Throughout the week, we are going to revisit some golden oldies. You’ll enjoy a variety of fun fat-burning low-impact cardio workouts, and all these are gentle on the knees and effective at boosting your metabolic rate. And most importantly, they are great for your health.
For your toning, we are covering everything from arms, abs, legs, and glutes. On Sunday, you have a fun dance cardio session for just 7 minutes, followed by a 7-minute combined routine for your arms and abs.
