Free Weekly Workout Plan with Lucy
Let’s start Monday morning with a lovely 15-minute walking workout around Paris and then focus on a 5-minute standing ab session.
Throughout the week, we are going to focus on a mix of some low-impact workouts and even a fab 7-minute HIIT session. These are gentle on the knees and effective at boosting your metabolic rate. And most importantly, they are great for your health.
For your toning, we are focusing on everything from arms, abs, legs, and glutes. On Sunday, you then finish off the week after your 15-minute tai chi-inspired walk with a lovely 10-minute relaxing stretch. Enjoy this week’s training!
