With Summer just around the corner now is a great time to start focusing on some health boosting workouts to give you bundles of energy for the dreamy lazy sunny days. I want to stress that this not about having to look a certain way in a bikini, this is simply about you feeling your best. Your summer may be staying at home and pottering in the garden comfortably in shorts and a tee-shirt, or you may be off to climb the mountains in Spain, so what ever it is they all require, energy and health and nothing feels better than feeling strong and toned.
