Here is a 14-day free programme that uses chair workouts, so these are ideal for anyone with limited mobility, recovering from an injury, or simply if you want to do a series of seated workouts. These are all designed to boost health, circulation, increase metabolism and energy levels. You don’t need any equipment, and I have listed all the workouts with a button that links straight to my YouTube channel. You will need to be online to view these.
