This Challenge focuses on reducing visceral belly fat. This is the deep belly fat that sits within in the abdominal cavity and can effect our health.

I wanted to provide a free 4 week plan that will help you safely reduce excess belly fat and along the way educate you.
It is important to understand how our body works, because as I always say knowledge is power and it is also the motivation we need to take control of our health.

I do appreciate that this challenge will not be suitable for everyone, because if you are already at a healthy weight then you do not need this plan and instead I am going to suggest for maintenance of your health follow any of my existing free challenge that are suitable for you.
