This 28 day plan focuses on home workouts that are all easy to follow and help strengthen your heart, improve your blood circulation as well as helping to lower high cholesterol and high blood pressure. As I mention within the download, it is important if you are new to exercises to always check with your Doctor first and the great thing here is you can simply email them this page to get their full approval.

As your qualified trainer my aim is to always help you on your health journey and show you how quick home workouts are on of the best ways to stay on track when it comes to our health and remember these are free and quick, so no excuse we can do this.
