The plan has workouts that are designed to help reduce belly fat as well as 4 lessons that address everything we need to know in order to understand and succeed. If you are already a healthy weight then it is very important that DO NOT follow this challenge! It is designed for people who need to lose weight. If this is not for you simply visit any of my other free challenges that would be suitable for you.
This 4 Week Challenge is easy to follow and all completely FREE. None of the workouts require equipment. As always, we will be using your own body weight so they are safe and will get you the best results. It is my job as your online trainer to always give you the best workouts and get you the best results.
