Monday morning starts with a 10-minute low-impact calorie-boosting workout, followed by 7 exercises that help to reduce belly fat.

Throughout the week,  you have a selection of indoor walking workouts and a fun one that includes some  HIIT training. For your toning this week,, we are focusing on everything  from your shoulders, back, arms, abs, waist, legs, thighs and glutes. These are all super quick and under 10 minutes.
