Free Weekly Workout Plan with Lucy

We’re kicking off your Monday morning with a 15-minute Tai Chi-inspired walking workout designed for weight loss, followed by a 5-minute standing arm workout.

Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy a variety of fun, low-impact cardio workouts that are both gentle on the knees and effective at burning calories. We’ll wrap up on Sunday with a super effective 5-minute abs, waist, and core toning session.

This week, I’ve carefully selected a fun mix of bodyweight toning workouts, including a slightly longer session on Wednesday for a complete body sculpt. Enjoy this week’s training!
