Menopause Fitness Challenge

This month’s challenge is designed for menopause and will also be suitable for peri-menopause and post-menopause. I have created a 28-day plan that consists of daily free workouts which will help to reduce many menopausal symptoms. Simply click on the image to download the free plan

You have a mix of home exercises that focus on boosting your metabolic health, so this will help with healthy weight loss. The workouts focus on looking after heart health all the way through to better bone health.

All the workouts are free; no equipment is required. They range from as little as 7 minutes up to 20 minutes, so they are very doable to squeeze into your day.
