Free Weekly Workout Plan with Lucy
This Monday morning you have a 10-minute full body cardio workout, and I am going to show you 2 options: a high and low impact version of each move so you can pick and mix. Then we are going to follow it with a 7-minute all-standing full body toning routine. Throughout the week, you have a 1-mile walk with some outdoor filming, more HIIT routines with an option of high or low impact, and another great full body walking workout. For the toning, we are doing lots on abs so you will get that stronger core and notice how we really define and shape your waist. Plus other toning workouts for your legs, arms, back and glutes
These workouts are designed to enhance your health and leave you feeling fabulous. For toning, we are doing lots of full body moves and paying a lot of attention to working your abs, sculpting your waist, and conditioning your core. Enjoy this week’s training!
