I love these audio downloads, such a brilliant idea and I find it makes me much more focused than just listening to music. I have a hearing impairment but I can listen to this through Bluetooth into my hearing aid. Her voice is so positive and motivating. Makes using the treadmill in the gym much more enjoyable. I have this one and the 16min… I can tell the difference in my body after just using starting. Absolutely brilliant, can’t rate it enough. I’m really waking up and looking forward to my hit training. I do leave the gym rather red faced…😳..😆

Purchased this around June-July and I love it still. At first I fast walked instead of the running…but soon I was running during the running intervals! I even listen to this at home in the privacy of my own room as well! It’s fantastic! I recommend this!!!!
Love this. We have moved up to Edinburgh, just for a few months with my husbands work, I don’t know anyone here, but a get a bit of company on these workouts! Really encouraging. I have soft torn ligaments, so to begin with I’m just walking (even quicker) when I’m supposed to jog, I’m pretty fit but I come back sweaty after this. Well worth the money, Thank you x
Hi Lucy, I’ve been doing your work outs (belly fat & cardio) since since April and love them. However I need help for the following reasons!
I’m a 75 year old widow and have had both knees, left Hip and right ankle replaced. (5 operations on the ankle, which is now FUSED, OUCH!)) I have been VERY sporty and fit all of my life until Osteoarthritis set in, resulting in all the operations. I did Palates weekly before lockdown which was very helpful.
Due to ankle pain walking any distance is very difficult especially as the left hip has never been right and has dislocated TWICE.
I would love to have a chat with you and have your recommendations as to which of your exercises would be best for me in view of my mobility limitations. MANY MANY THANKS, Muriel xx

Lucy’s outdoor workouts work! I have purchased three so far and I religiously do them every day. The workouts are short and highly effective. My cardio has shown vast improvements and her tummy toning is so effective. My stomach muscles have never felt stronger. My posture has never been better thanks to Lucy.
