My husband and I have just completed this course. We have both lost half a stone and have really enjoyed it. We thought we were relatively healthy but this has shown with the right food choices, exercise and instruction, you really do see results. We feel like we have made a lifestyle change and will continue on. We feel guilty if we don’t do the exercises every day now! I turn 50 next year so hopefully will feel fabulous when I do!
