Hi Lucy , I love these exercises my arms are really taken shape on the top part of my arms, my bat wings still need work though , I have been doing your arm work outs since may last year, and now I’m doing your 7 day challenge, should I just continue mixing up arm work outs , I am not overweight ( 60kg 5ft 8inches and I’m 54 ) I expect its my age and menopausal have to work harder I do feel challenged after doing your range of all different régimes , I absolutely love your work outs I do range for 1hour 7days a week , thank you Lucy any advice for me please , Joanne xx
