Started this plan on Monday and am enjoying it very much.Workouts are great ( I prefer the youtube options) and are very effective,my belly fat is slowly disappearing.The eating plans are good,once upon a time I would snack between meals,but not with this plan. I hope to reach my goal weight in the next few weeks in time for my holiday later on in the year!! Thank you Lucy!!
