Reverse Pre Type 2 Diabetes

I was astonished and alarmed to learn that in 2021 over 720 million people worldwide were pre-type 2 diabetics (meaning they were exhibiting symptoms that could lead them to becoming type 2 diabetics). So many people are unaware so this is why I wanted to create a free challenge to focus on exercise that is so important to help combat this condition.

Exercise can help reverse pre-diabetes by improving the body’s ability to use insulin, the hormone that regulates blood sugar. When you exercise, your muscles absorb more glucose from the bloodstream, which lowers your blood sugar levels. Regular physical activity also helps you lose weight and reduce body fat, particularly around the abdomen, which is important because excess weight and fat contribute to insulin resistance. In addition to lowering blood sugar, exercise improves overall health by boosting heart health, reducing blood pressure, and improving cholesterol levels. It also enhances your energy levels and mood, making it easier to stick with a healthy lifestyle.

And as always my job as your trainer is to always give you the best challenges and workouts to keep you moving at home.
