After having success with several of Lucy’s workouts and more recently the 4 minute menopause metabolism workout I decided to purchase and follow this course. All I can say is it has been fantastic for me. I loved the daily motivation from Lucy, and the meal plans, ideas and treats have been invaluable. I have been reintroduced to foods I had forgotten about and it is so easy to follow and simple. I love the fact that all the relevant workouts specifically to target the menopause are selected for me – as there are a lot of Lucy’s fantastic videos to go through, so that has made it so worthwhile. The main thing is this has made me consistent (okay, I may have swapped a day or two around to fit in with being away etc but I still found it gave excellent results). I finished this 21 day menopause course.🏅🏵🏋️♂️ I lost 7 pounds during.(Thanks to beautiful Lucy)🥰. I have to confess that I cheated some days so I mean if I would be more strict probably I had been lost more.🙀 I like this diet because still we are allowed to use rice, bread and pasta ( of course whole wheat). 🤪😋And you do workout during but most of the time is very short so it can fit everybody’s schedule.
The food menus are so yummy. You learn lots of new yummy and healthy recipes😋.
Lovely Lucy answered my questions during my diet so I was confident that she is there when I have something on my mind.

I’m 51 and this is the first exercise course I have been able to sustain ,complete and enjoy.I feel so much stronger in my body.Lucy gives clear straightforward guidance and lots of positive motivational help along the way.Most importantly I feel that this is something I want to continue to do and will be able to even working full time as Lucy has so many workouts from 4 minute workouts upwards.I have also done this in conjunction with the Menopause walking workout which has been great too. I’ve taken out all my favourite recipes from the eating plan and these will now give me a good eating guide going forward.A great investment in yourself.

Tomorrow I finish my 21 day plan… This went so quickly. I have loved every second…. So easy to follow!!! Every morning I have been excited to start my morning with Lucy coaching me all the way. Will continue with this program until it becomes second nature. The menus are fabulous. The family also love them.. I recommend this 21 day plan to everyone… It has truly changed how I feel about menopause…. I had stopped eating carbs, however the weight was piling on… Lucy has shown me that I do not have to do this……Very liberating…. Lucy, you are a true professional THANK YOU…. This is a good course but it lacks real recipes for the meal plan and much of it seems uninspired. There is a lot of tuna and red peppers in the plan. I would have hope for more for the cost of the bundle. The walking audio workout is great to get outside and move. I love all of Lucy’s workout video.

Thank you for putting together the 21 day menopause exercise plan. I have just finished and I am feeling really well. I sleep better and the hot flushes, fingers crossed, have gone. I must admit I read your food recommendation but I didn’t really follow them only because I already eat a healthy diet but it did encourage me to reduce my portion sizes. I loved your beauty tips I still have a few to try out and I’m looking forward to them. I will be following you on YouTube your videos are manageable and there is always one to suit your mood on the day.

Purchased this programme on Tuesday and really excited to start it as it looks really good and easy to follow. However, it didn’t download properly to my ipad which resulted in me clicking the link sent several times. I was unaware you can only click this 4 times and as it hadn’t downloaded fully I now can’t access it at all. Disappointed after paying £39.99. Have contacted by email so hoping this is resolved for me.
