Wow !! I have just purchased this after a day of deliberating over whether or not I want to spend £14.99 on a recipe book that isn’t actually a book and with the chance that I may only like the few recipe examples in the description and not any of the other recipes and that it could end up being just 10 print off pages! In the end I thought that I trust Lucy and I have been doing her free exercises on you tube for a number of years now so it’s about time I gave something back to her to say thankyou for all the hardwork and dedication she puts in for us for free.
I am soooooooo glad I did. This book is amazing. I’m actually really glad it is an ebook as I don’t have to store it anywhere and have the choice of making the recipes using my phone or print them off if needed. And as for the recipes….well, I had nothing to worry about. They all look yummy and what a genius idea of Lucy to put together so many recipes (not 10 pages but in total 118 pages including nutritional information and dietry advice) using only 4 ingredients, blooming brilliant. Just perfect for a lazy girl like me who just wants to do simple easy cooking, I hate when I have to fill a whole shopping trolly of ingredients for just one recipe!
