A great audio workout, that can be done at your own pace (if you are unfit/recovering from injury it is really important to go at your own pace!), and it is not too long. I find it a great outdoor workout for me!

I love this – it’s only 15 minutes and I feel like I’ve done something productive with me day, without getting super anxious about how I’m going to juggle everything else on my to-do list. Also having Lucy’s voice in your ear is really motivating and you don’t feel like you’re going it alone.
I actually enjoy the audio. It’s simple but it keeps your time for walking and jogging instead of listening for an alarm or watching your watch. Some of the comments to take deep breaths or stand up straight are good because you don’t think about that normally so it’s nice to be reminded. And actually, it was motivating!
