WEEKLY AT-HOME WORKOUT PLAN

 

 

Every Sunday I will post up a weekly workout plan that you can follow along this will have a suggested workout for the morning, lunchtime and later in the day.

This gives you some goals and structure. Please note you don’t have to do all of them just the ones you want. And don’t forget I do also have all my FREE CHALLENGES  that you can also follow along to.

Do take a day’s rest if you need to have a great week and remember all of #LucysSquad keep moving and keep being the best version of you. Lucy 

HERE IS A MORNING WORKOUT FOR YOU

HERE ARE TWO 5 MINUTE WORKOUTS (easy to squeeze in at lunchtime)

 LATE AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING WORKOUT
