My “Get Back on Track – 28 -Day Health and Fitness Plan”

This challenge is all about getting you back into exercise and giving you back motivation and energy. Plus, this month we are also going to be looking at saving money! All is explained in your free plan.

This challenge has a great mix of cardio and toning workouts. Every day is a brand-new routine, so you won’t get bored, and you will notice how much fitter you are becoming.

The fun part of the challenge is that you reward yourself after every workout not only with ticking off your chart but also putting money in your Health Investment Jar.

This 28-Day Challenge is easy to follow and all completely FREE. The workouts are all standing, and you do not need any equipment. As always, we will be using your own body weight so they are safe and will get you the best results.
