On day 2 of this online workout. Never enjoyed exercise before until I came across Lucy. She is so inspirational and the workouts are doable and enjoyable. I am 49 and for the first time I feel that exercise is changing my outlook mentally and physically. I have been exercising at the gym 3 times a week for the last 2 years and could not see that much results in losing weight. Since the lock down I could not been able to get to the gym and starting following Lucy’s 7 minute workout on you-tube for the last 7 days. I have lost 2 inches off my waist already. The 7 minute workouts are really easy to follow and I really enjoy doing them. I now wish I didn’t waste all that money and time going to the gym since I have been doing Lucy’s workouts. Lucy’s 21 Day Weight Loss Plan is absolutely fabulous if you are looking to start getting back in shape! I have tried to begin several different “plans” that were just so strict, restrictive and BORING that I was not at all motivated to continue more than a few days. I was at a point three weeks ago where I just needed to find my motivation again. I thought I’d give this plan a try, and it was JUST WHAT I NEEDED to jump start my health! The meal plan is super easy to follow and offers tons of variety! I was able to easily adjust for eating vegetarian and gluten free, and never got bored or felt overly hungry. I started with just the recommended exercise, but felt SO much better by the second week that I added in more of Lucy’s workouts to bring up my daily exercise to at least 30 minutes. My clothes are fitting again, I have lost FOUR inches off my waist, and SIX pounds (averaging 2 lbs/week). All that is wonderful, but I FEEL AMAZING! I have heaps more energy, motivation to continue working on my health, and I my mindset (which was pretty awful 3 weeks ago) is MUCH better. Thanks Lucy – I am forever grateful!!

I cannot believe it! I have lost 6 pounds and 6 inches from my waist in 21 days. I feel amazing and this course has helped me start my path onto a new and fitter lifestyle. After having two children i did put on alot of weight and went from my little size 6 frame to a size 14-16. The more weight I gained the harder it became to become motivated to lose the weight and the more depressed I started to feel.

Best birthday gift ever!!!!
Having dabbled with your workouts intermittently over the past 6 months, this was the time to get serious. Approaching my 57th birthday, menopausal, furloughed and the prospect of redundancy I needed a focus on my physical and mental health. I suggested this to my daughters (who both love your workouts) as a birthday gift and its been a life saver!!!! Tried foods I wouldn’t have ever bought, lost 4 inches from belly, feeling great, skin improved and even though I can’t visit my family they’re noticing the difference on FaceTime. I ve got my tastebuds back, I ve noticed what time of day my sweet cravings come and do a 4 min Lucy or grab a sensible snack. i have been doing the 7 day and mixing it with 21 day. I didi not mesaure , but i know there is a differeneces i take photos. I stomoch is huge. I really want to intensify this get rid of tummy for ever.

I have just completed my 21 day course. I absolutely loved it. I have lost 2 and a half inches from my hips and 1 and a half inches from my belly which is wonderful and I have lost 5lbs in weight. Thank you so much for having a vegetarian plan!! This plan is exactly what I needed. I’d been biking/walking for over an hour everyday since July, but the weather got cold and results were slow. Being on this plan for only 3 weeks I lost 5 of the 12.4lbs I’ve lost since July. I also shed 3.25 inches off my waist and 1.75 inches off my hips. I find that I now look forward to doing Lucy’s workouts. This works and I will continue on my path to getting toned and fit.

I started this on Jan 5th 2021 and WOW 🙂 I lost 9.5lbs and 5.5 inches off my Hip/ stomach/waist. I stuck to the plan and also added one of Lucys arm work outs. Lucy keeps saying there are three things to wait loss. 1.Exercise 2. diet, eating clean, and belief in yourself. Number 3 was the biggest motivation for me. I told myself this time I could do it, its only 3 weeks and I did it!
I am starting another round of this 3 week course as its easy to follow and fun. I`m hoping I can finally shed the post baby weight after 4 kids ( my baby is now 18 years old !!! )
I had been doing Lucy’s workouts since the pandemic started, and went from a large to a medium sized top just from working out regularly. When I added her meal plan, it seems the weight just fell off. I’m nearly to the end of the program, and I have lost another 10 pounds and gone down a pants size, now in a size 10. Started the plan this week, food plan is great as I am vegetarian. However most of the workouts feature side bends, twists and touching toes, I cannot do these because the impact it has on my waist muscles is awful, so they are left out. It would be a good idea if alternative exercises could be introduced alongside these fir those of us who find side bends etc uncomfortable to do.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to raise this but I wanted some advice before commencing on the programme. I am 68yrs old, quite overweight and fairly new to workouts, exercis regime etc. I do try to fit a walk in each day and I have no known health problems. Grateful for your opinion.
