I cannot recommend this training highly enough! After having already trained with Lucy´s videos for quite a while, this gave me such an extra boost of motivation and security. You just have to fill out some questions and then receive a well-constructed plan that fits your personal situation as well as your goals. Lucy dearest, the program you created for me was amazing! I did it for a month with the clean eating you suggested and after seeing the wonderful results, I moved on to doing your other videos on YouTube 6 days a week. So far, in 2 months, I’ve lost a little over 13 pounds and 22 1/4 inches!!!! YAY!!! What is most inspiring is that I’m 52 years old AND going through menopause and was able to lose when nothing else was working. I have PCOD, so it was natural for me to gain weight. Being always fit and athletic person, i couldn’t cope with the weight gain and lost all the confidence. I looked pregnant if nothing! I have been working out with Lucy’s workout videos on YouTube since a long now.I am really amazed and forever grateful to you.you are really an amazing human being.I have pcod.I always had problems with my periods.j never got regular periods.but at last i stopped taking the medicines and decided to work for myself.so i did the lucy’s pcod workout.and believe me i got my period aftee doing the exercise everyday for 15 days.this time i got my periods after almost 3 months.the next month my periods also came.i really hope this month it also comes.really really so grateful to you.
Besides my mother is 48 years old,she had her menopause for about 6 months ago.she started to gain so much weight.so i told her to do the same exercise.And the result was that she also got her period again in only 15 days.we both were speechless and happy and so grateful to Lucy.her extra weight has started to fall off.

Lucy is really fun to work out with. Her personal plan was perfect for me. I did it twice in a row now and can really see the difference even though i didn’t stick to her healty eating plan ;-).

Fantastic personal training program! The weekly workouts are perfectly customized and fit so easily into my schedule; in fact, they are actually something I look forward to because they are quick, effective and super motivating to be your best self! And I can truly say I feel healthier -physically AND mentally! As for results, it’s been five weeks and I’ve lost 1/2 inch off my thighs and two inches off my hips! I have been on a weight loss journey for several years – having lost 85 pounds over three years. The only exercise that I could manage was walking, however that was not consistent. I had come to a plateau that I could not move past. Then, during quarantine in May 2020 I found Lucy’s workouts. I so wish I had found these sooner. I started with the 7 minute, 7 day leg challenge. This was a perfect place for me to start. Then in June I decided to dedicate more time to workouts and I chose to do the one on one training. I am so thrilled with the program that Lucy created for me. I wanted 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week to focus on thighs, arms and abs. The workouts were challenging (in a good way), but very doable. I finished the 30 days of the program and have seen some very positive changes in my body. I have lost another 5 pounds and several inches from my hips/tights/abs. My arms are also much stronger. I really like that I can keep this program and keep going back to it in the future. It also taught me how to combine some of her other workouts for best results should I choose to mix it up. My job requires suit attire. I haven’t worn a suit since mid March when I was placed on furlough. I put a suit on yesterday and after all of Lucy’s help, I’m happy to say that it was WAY too big. I will have to go down a size or even two and invest in a new wardrobe before returning to work! This accomplishment has really made me so happy (my overall journey has taken me from a size 22 to a size 6). Now I’m in the second week of the 2 week summer challenge. In addition to this challenge, each day I am adding an additional 7 minute workout and 4 minute body toning specific workout. These have been great! I really can’t give Lucy’s programs enough praise – she really knows what she is doing and what works!
I purchased my individual plan a few months ago and have used it for 2 months and am amazed with with results. The workouts suit me and the food plan is delicious x I would certainly recommend Lucy’s videos in general including her free ones on youtube, i have been using them since the start of lockdown and have lost 3 stone and look more toned x thanks lucy !

I’ve been working out with Lucy for almost two years now and decided I wanted to support Lucy in a different way. Up until now I had only done Lucy’s workouts free on YouTube. I decided to try her online personal trainer plan and loved it! Although I didn’t see much for results (which I wasn’t expecting to) since I’m already at a good weight and now trying to continue tightening and toning. I still LOVE having my own plan to continue to use for the rest of my life when I want to. Lucy listened to me and gave me 20 minute workouts five days a week with a fun bonus workout for the weekend. My goal was to lose weight, get fit and toned, Lucy’s plan did just that. The online personal training plan with Lucy was simply fabulous. Highly recommend. Lucy compiles workouts just for you to reach your goals. You choose what days and times you want to workout. I wanted 7 days a week and about 1 hour each day and Lucy did just that, she tailored my workout plan finding me the best fit with the best intensity and variation. I highly recommend Lucy’s One to One Fitness Plan if you are wanting to take your fitness to a new level! I am 64 and have always been active, consistent with exercise, and healthy eating. . Even with all that, I found keeping my body toned post menopause was becoming difficult. I felt I was losing good posture as well. Weight training didn’t seem to be as effective anymore. I was frustrated and not feeling good about the changes in my body. I found LWR Fitness a month ago while searching online for post menopause workouts. I started doing Lucy’s workouts and loved them! This is one of the best investments ever. I follow Lucy’s free challenges all the time, but I wanted a plan specifically designed for me. Lucy handpicked the perfect workouts for me (a few videos happened to be my favorite workouts already) & she scheduled the workouts according to my preferences. I completed the entire 4 weeks and I cannot wait to complete another round. I’ve lost an inch around my waist and feel stronger all over. I absolutely love Lucy’s approach to fitness; she only uses bodyweight exercises for toning and they work!!! I always thought we needed to lift weights to see results, but surprisingly, I saw better results from Lucy’s workouts than I did when using dumbbells. I love this program so much, I think I will purchase it again in another year or 2, so that Lucy can create another brand new plan just for me. That way I can have more variety too. I can’t believe that I actually look forward to doing my morning personalised fitness plan. I now don’t feel right if I miss a day. I have noticed it helps my mood and sets me up for the day. I have also been able to fit this into a chaotic lifestyle whilst looking after my very ill husband and long days at the hospital. I lost 4 kilos initially which I’m super happy about but then stayed the same for about 6 weeks. I have now retweeked and been more mindful regarding my eating habits and the scales are going down. I also didn’t feel too dispondant and had faith to contiune as I enjoyed my program and have started to repeat parts of the 5 min excerises to push things along.
Lucy has a winning formula on her YouTube platform, the only one I use. The simple but effective visuals , diagrams of which muscles we use, the clock countdown and arrow together with encouraging information. I could listen to her all day.
This was a really excellent investment. Lucy was very quick to respond to my completed questionnaire with my personalised plan. I followed her plan for 4 weeks (adding some additional toning workouts too) and at the end of the four weeks I had lost 8lb on the scales, 3” from my waist (my problem area) and 1.5” from my hips. Best of all, she has got me hooked on healthy eating and exercise. At the time of writing I have done 108 days in a row of her workouts (going lighter on days I feel more tired) and am loving exercise at long last. Thank you Lucy!
is there a way to mark that i have ear drainage issues and exercises where i move up and down a lot with my head make my sinuses and drainage worse. can this be taken into account if i pay for the program? level exercises verses bending up and down with my head
if you purchase the online personal trainer plan, you would be sent a questionnaire for you to complete and return. You can record any medical issues on this, the Lucy uses all the information in your completed questionnaire to devise a plan that is suitable for you. Hope this helps

I asked for a plan about 30-40 minutes, 6 days a week, that would not hurt my back but would help me to tone up and lose a little weight. I’d been doing Lucy’s workouts sporadically in my slow and gradual return to regular exercise after giving birth and injuring my back. Those videos sealed my commitment to find time every day for a workout, so I decided to get a personalized plan. What a great decision!
My plan has twelve combinations of two or three of Lucy’s workouts, 6 for weeks 1&2 and 6 for weeks 3&4.
I’ve been through the cycle of them twice now and am beginning my third month of this “schedule.”
During the first month, I didn’t weigh myself–I was just trying to build the daily habit for a full month. By the end of the first month, I noticed my back no longer ached in the morning when I woke up. I did not expect that particular result at all, never mind so quickly after committing to the routine.
I started weighing myself during the second month, but I didn’t really focus on my diet. I’m not a terribly unhealthy eater, but I really like cheese and baking cookies for my kids (which I really also like to eat). Despite the lack of focus on clean eating during the second month, I lost 5 pounds from the beginning of month 2 to the end.
Month 3 is starting now, and I’m going to see what happens when I do the routines AND aim extra focus on clean eating. I really enjoy the workout combinations. They haven’t gotten stale for me yet, and I like seeing the progress of how well I can maintain good form as I practice certain moves.
Hi Lucy I am enjoying the training guide you sent me but I would like harder exercises as my stomach is still sticking out quite a bit. My waist is definitely smaller and I hope that this will go eventually into losing my stomach. If I could have more exercises for the lower stomach to make it flatter I would be grateful. Brenda Fox

I have loved the clean eating recipes and the workouts that have been selected for my goals. It has made it really easy to stick to the plan as I trust it!
