This is a 28 Day Challenge is easy to follow. The workouts range from
Indoor Walking,
Standing Abs,
Home Cardio and even a
Fitness Adventure in which we head off to the Desert.
All the workouts are equipment free and as always we are using your own bodyweight so they are safe and will get you the best results.
As always my job as your trainer is to always give you the best workouts and get you the best results.
