Get Back Into Exercise – 28 Day Fitness Challenge
This Challenge is designed to get you Back Into Exercise and for this I have created a brand new workout series that will be launched exclusively throughout September.
The idea is we start off with Week 1 completing a 6 Minute Full Body Standing Workout in which I show you a High and Low Impact option of each move, which will gently ease you back in to exercise, you also have an option of later in the day to complete a quick home toning workout.
As we progress through the Challenge the duration and intensity will increase as you will be getting fitter and stronger.
So my aim is to boost your energy, fitness, well-being and health with this easy-to-follow free plan.
PLEASE note the first video won’t be live UNTIL Monday the 4th, so this is when we start.

This 28-Day Challenge is all about quick, home-based workouts all of which focus on Body Weight Cardio Moves, these will tick every box when it comes to your health, fitness and wellbeing.
