Step 1: Simply purchase the product or products you would like to gift from our SHOP (click here to view)

Step 2: Then after you have placed your order email us at accounts@lwrfitness.com and in the subject heading please  type in GIFT VOUCHER.

Step 3: Then supply the order number and the email to which you would like the gift sent, alongside any personal message you would like to accompany the email with the product or products. And finally  the date you would like this to be emailed.

That is how simple it is to send the gift of health.
