October’s Challenge is a 30 Day Plan that consists of daily workouts which are all ‘Full Body Cardio’ and ‘Walking at Home’ routines.

These easy to follow videos will help boost your health and wellbeing.

Please listen to your body and if on any days you are feeling tired then take a days rest.
