Cardio is key for your heart health and cardio can be any of the following, walking, jogging, skipping, cycling, sports and swimming the list goes on and the best one for you is the one you enjoy, so it may be that walking is your thing so just make sure every day that you complete a walk indoors or outdoors. You could also do intervals of say walking for 2 mins then jog for 1 minute, the fitter you get you can adjust the ratio.
