Posture is an important element of good health, how we hold ourselves affects our internal organs as well as our confidence. When we have poor posture this then weakens the muscles we need to hold ourselves with good posture. So over time, this can become worse! but equally, if we start practising good habits we can reverse this and ensure we always maintain good posture. One of the major players in effecting this can be down to spending long periods of time on our phones and scrolling through social media.
