So many people think if you are trying to lose weight or manage your health that you should avoid snacks!

But snacking, also known as grazing, is fine; the key is to make sure you are selecting healthy snacks! 

So instead of me telling you what you should avoid, I am going to list 20  super healthy and easy snacks that are a great choice. All of these will nourish your body.
