How to keep fit at home

With so many gyms having closed during Covid-19 lockdowns, fitness classes cancelled and hands-on personal training unavailable, we had to look at new ways of keeping fit. Home Fitness workouts were the answer. Even now things have eased, and these are still a low-cost and effective way of keeping in shape.

Home fitness for me has always been a winner, I have been teaching this for over 15 years. The benefits are endless and I have helped literally millions of people all over the world and especially through lockdown.
